Motor City Appliance Service was founded in 2010, in a suburb of Detroit, hence our name. Originally focused on servicing hair and tanning salon equipment, the demand for our technical service expertise quickly expanded to other industries. Since then Motor City Appliance has developed a reputation within the commercial property & maintenance management industries for dedicated service.

 

In 2020, due to family and market conditions, Motor City Appliance Service decided to relocate to the Sunshine State! Since then we have been working very hard to serve the wonderful people and businesses of Southwest Florida.

 

Appliances may be similar in nature, but the service needs of property & maintenance managers, institutions, manufacturers and warranty companies are very different from each other and from those of a homeowner. We understand those needs and revolve our business around them.
